Company formation in Cyprus: your lawyer forms it, we launch it

An independent Cyprus lawyer forms your company under their own engagement with you and bills you directly. We build what the company needs to trade: website, email, Google profile and search presence.

What your lawyer does

In Cyprus, company documents are prepared by a practising lawyer, and services such as directors, a secretary and a registered office are regulated. That work sits with your lawyer or a licensed provider, under their own contract with you.

We can introduce you to a lawyer we work with, and you are free to use your own. No commission or fee passes between us.

What we do

  • Domain and professional email
  • A website built for search from day one
  • A Google Business Profile, where the business qualifies
  • Analytics and Search Console set up before launch
  • A plain checklist of what to do online, and in what order

Why the two fit together

A certificate of incorporation does not bring customers. We work alongside your lawyer on timing, so the company is ready to be found on the day it is ready to trade.

A real website, a professional email address and a Google Business Profile also help when a bank or a supplier looks you up.

How it works

  • A short call about what the company will do
  • We introduce a lawyer, or you use your own
  • Your lawyer forms the company and bills you directly
  • We quote in writing for the digital work only
  • Digital launch: domain, email, website, Google profile and analytics

What it costs

You get two separate bills. Your lawyer quotes and bills for the legal work and the official fees, which are EUR 10 for name approval and EUR 165 for incorporation. We quote in writing for the digital work.

A registered company is a legal fact. Customers finding it is a separate job. That job is ours.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to register a company in Cyprus?

One to two weeks is often quoted once documents are ready, but your lawyer will give you the real timetable. We can start the website before the certificate arrives.

Do I have to live in Cyprus?

No. You can own a Cyprus company from abroad. Where the company is run still matters for tax and for the bank, so raise it with your lawyer early.

Is Sempor Labs a law firm?

No. Sempor Labs is a web and search studio. We do not draft or file company documents, provide directors, a secretary or a registered office, or give legal advice. That work sits with your lawyer.

Do you get paid by the lawyer?

No. No money passes between us. You pay your lawyer for the legal work and you pay us for the digital work.

Can you open a bank account for the company?

No. That is between you and the bank, and your lawyer can advise you. We can give you a credible online presence to show them.

What is the corporate tax rate in Cyprus?

15% since 1 January 2026. It was 12.5% before that, so check the date on anything you read, and take advice on your own position.

I already have a company. Can you just do the website and SEO?

Yes. See our web design and SEO pages.
